Now you can build your own SUPLAK for your STIGA table hockey
game. The original
SUPLAK is created at the end of year 2003 by
the Czech player, Zbynek Pilar who created the stronger plastic
version.
Click the picture to see the final result of your
SUPLAK. If you want to build your own SUPLAK, follow
all the following steps to get to the final result.
Accessories: You will need, single
card board, glue, scissor, a penny and Scotch Tape.
Step 1 Download the PDF
templates on your drive and print both
pages to get the outline and cut them with your scissor
or a X-Acto. You may have to complete some line with
a pen manually because some printer don't print 1/4
inches on each side of the paper. It is really important
to get those lines for your templates.
Step
2 Once your templates are cut, use the first
one and fold it on the doted lines and glue the parts
to fix your cup like the photo beside.
Step
3 Cut the second part and insert the first
part exactly like the photo and glue them to make them
stronger.
Step 4 Use a penny and glue it on the bottom of
the small front door to make it close automatically cause
it need more weight because the board is too light. That
will bring the door back to it's original position when
you grab the puck inside the SUPLAK. Put a piece of good
scotch tape on the top of the same side of the penny and
stick that in the front of the SUPLAK. Because of the
thickness of the card board the door will only open on
one side and will be block on the other by the thickness
of the board.
Step 5 Now that you have your final SUPLAK done,
make sure the goal cup is remove like the picture to install
it.
Step 6 To install your SUPLAK, you need to insert
the front of the SUPAK between the 2 games post under
the game and push it until it touch the front of the game.
The black bar will make the SUPLAK more solid when you
push it down.
Step 7 Now you are ready to play or practice your
game, Have Fun !
